I add everyone who adds me to their ICQ list - but I will probably not talk to you first, you have to send me a message. I will also never talk to you if you are on invisible, and people who harrass me get put on ignore...... I believe that anyone who sends me 10 messages when I'm off-line is obsessive, and I don't have room in my life for people like that. Message me once even if I'm offline, and you will be spoken to when I come online!!!!!!
